Learn Kit

Dental Nursing

We provide a variety of methods for Dental Nurses to train towards nationally recognised qualifications leading to the GDC’s mandatory registration. To comply with the mandatory registration of Dental Nurses, an individual wishing to work as a Dental Nurse must be either qualified or working towards a recognised qualification.

Here at Learn-Kit we have been offering training programmes for Dental Nurses for more than 20 years, first under Indent Training Associates and from 1994 under Learn-Kit Ltd.

These methods include –

NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing and the National Certificate in Dental Nursing

We also offer CPD (Continuous Professional Development) courses, both verifiable and non-verifiable, all courses are certificated. Courses are currently available through short courses, workshops and via our moodle. Please contact info.lkit@btconnect.com for further information.

Business Support Services

We offer a number of services designed specifically to enhance the skills and performance of individuals in all aspects of business.

NVQ’s (National Vocational Qualifications)

We offer learning and development programmes leading to National Vocation Qualifications in Customer Service and Business Administration at Levels 2 and 3 depending on the job role, experience and ability of the individual. We hold contracts with the Welsh Assembly Government to provide fully funded training where this is available for these courses and have a fully trained team of assessors operating throughout South and Mid Wales available to deliver quality training and assessment in line with your business needs.

Investors in People

Since 1997, Learn-Kit has been involved in providing an Investors in People advisory service having first gained the Standard ourselves in 1997 and subsequently having successful reviews, last being in May 2008.

Our client base comprises a variety of organisations, which includes Dental Practices, Accountants, Solicitors, Day Nurseries, Private Nursing Homes Local Health Boards, wholesalers and building firms. Our consultant is a registered Investors in People Assessor and a specialist Advisor for schools.

Learn-Kit Ltd holds a contract with the Welsh Assembly Government, which funds some of the consultancy support for selected clients. Our style of delivery is very much focused on the individual needs of the client and does not follow a set format.

Our advisory work tends to focus on specialist groups and our close relationship with the local dental profession provided the opportunity to have assisted the first Dental Practice IiP achiever in the South Wales area.
